Idea
In the initial consultation, we discuss your goals and expectations. Regardless of whether a concrete roadmap already exists or there is initially only a general idea and the desire for improvement, we outline the available options and demonstrate how your production processes can be systematically aligned with these objectives using our software.
Step 4
Go-Live
Commissioning is carried out in phased, step-by-step stages depending on the scope of the project. Each phase is carefully prepared and implemented in the background before being activated for productive use.
The actual go-live takes place only once all functionalities have been thoroughly tested and the processes have been prepared to operate stably. During this go-live phase, the responsible project team is available around the clock to ensure a smooth and reliable start.
Support can be provided both remotely and on site. This ensures that each phase integrates seamlessly into ongoing operations.
Step 2
Analysis and concept
During the analysis phase, we gain an on-site understanding of your production environment. We listen carefully, analyze existing processes and jointly identify areas where effort, bottlenecks, or dependencies currently arise. The focus is not on radical change, but on a realistic assessment: how your team works today and how an MES can be meaningfully and gradually integrated into these processes. This creates a solid foundation for the subsequent implementation. The objective of the analysis is to establish a realistic, tailored baseline for an MES implementation that adapts to your production processes. Based on this, we develop a detailed project plan for a step-by-step implementation. It defines the individual implementation phases, creates transparency throughout the project and forms the basis for a predictable and smooth rollout.
Step 5
Training
Employee acceptance is an integral part of MES implementation. That is why we support your team throughout the transition from the initial implementation, through the entire rollout phase, and beyond.
The focus is on confident and routine use of the system in day-to-day operations. Hands-on training formats, clear and accessible documentation, and a deliberately intuitive user interface provide the foundation for sustainable use and high acceptance of the dmaic MES. Even after project completion, we remain available for support, follow-up training, and further adjustments.

Implementation
In the implementation phase, we execute the defined requirements. We work agilely and manage tasks transparently through a ticketing system. In close collaboration with the project manager, we ensure quality and adherence to deadlines through continuous coordination and testing.
