Official Project Launch: Topakustik and Dmaic Software start collaboration in Switzerland
With the official project launch, the collaboration between Topakustik and dmaic in Switzerland begins.
Topakustik stands for high-quality, customized acoustic solutions and combines architectural design standards with industrial manufacturing expertise. To systematically advance the digital development of the production environment, dmaic was selected as the integration and implementation partner.
Project Focus
The existing production and system landscape provides a solid foundation. The objective of the project is the structured integration and further development of this environment into a fully integrated, data-based shopfloor architecture.
The project focuses on the following key areas:
Connectivity
Integration of central machines, terminals, and existing IT systems into a consistent data structure. Relevant information is made available across locations and systematically interconnected.
Digitalization of Operational Processes
Replacement of paper-based procedures with guided digital workflows to increase transparency, process reliability, and traceability.
Monitoring and Reporting
Provision of production-relevant key performance indicators in real time. Reports can be generated in a structured manner and exported within seconds.
Planning Support
Introduction of data-based, visually supported planning mechanisms to stabilize production processes and optimize resource utilization.
Advancing International Partnerships
With this project, dmaic consistently expands its activities in the international production environment. Topakustik’s decision highlights its trust in dmaic’s technological expertise, integration capabilities and implementation experience in the field of connected manufacturing structures.
Topakustik’s choice of dmaic further emphasizes confidence in its technological competence and integration strength extending beyond traditional core industries. The project therefore marks not only the beginning of a new partnership, but also the strategic development of the industry portfolio toward additional specialized manufacturing segments.
